SQL Server day to day — stored procedures, query tuning, and the ETL that feeds them.
Azure deployments and the pipelines around them, plus the gates that keep releases honest.
Claims and clinical files, and the trading-partner testing that goes with them.
Agile delivery — sprint planning, refinement, standups, retros — with code review and testing treated as part of the work rather than a step at the end.
I write the diagrams and runbooks for systems that never had any, and publish them where the team will find them.
